Joint Board and Champions Meeting
We'd like to say a big thank you to Richie from Public Health South Tees for delivering a great online presentation today. (Regarding the South Tees Wellbeing Network)
He presented to our Board members, staff, representatives from Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust and our Community Champions.
The group then discussed health and wellbeing provision, accessing mental health advice & services, the need for social corporate responsibility, the development and improvement of health and social care services... and lots more!
We'll be coming together again soon to chat about how our Community Champions can share much needed information (via those they work with), so that health and social care organisations can develop their work and gain additional insights from seldom heard communities.
We'd also like to thank the organisations at which our champions work/volunteer. They include: The RNID, Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind, Middlesbrough Council, Together Middlesbrough and Cleveland, Youth Focus North East & Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust.
