Since joining us in 2021, Chloe has consistently proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team. Whether working on Reception, Admin, or Secretarial duties, Chloe has excelled in every role she’s taken on. If a task needs doing, and Chloe is asked to do it, you can be sure it will be completed—efficiently, accurately, and with care.

🎓 Achieving Excellence Through Adversity

Despite working full-time and managing her own health challenges, Chloe recently completed her Leadership Level 3 Award through an apprenticeship. She passed with credit, missing a distinction by just one point—a testament to her determination, intelligence, and work ethic.

Her commitment to personal growth and professional development is truly inspiring, and it’s reflected in the quality of her work every single day.

🗂️ Taking the Lead Behind the Scenes

Chloe has also taken on responsibilities that go beyond her job description. When support was needed, she stepped up to assist with managerial tasks, including:

  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring clear communication across the team
  • Managing the administrative process for student placements, including Nursing and Medical students in years 1, 3, and 5
  • Coordinating rotas and ensuring students have everything they need before they arrive—including arranging smartcards to avoid delays in training
  • Overseeing Reception and Admin team rotas during the Reception Supervisor’s long-term absence

Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, maintain high standards, and support her colleagues makes her a true cornerstone of our practice.

💖 A Team Member to Be Proud Of

As her manager, I can confidently say that Chloe makes me proud every day. Her dedication, resilience, and leadership deserve to be recognised and celebrated. She is a credit to herself and to our practice, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team.
