You can get in touch with ACT Recovery Solutions in a number of ways:
- Drop-in: You’re welcome to walk into our service at Live Well Centre East, Crossfell Road, Berwick Hills, Middlesbrough, TS3 7RP on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 09:30 and 15:30.
- Phone: Call us on 01642 726800 during the day, or contact our helpline in the evenings (6pm–10pm) and weekends (11am–5pm) for support outside of normal hours.
