Virtual Voices 

Virtual voices volunteers use their own social media feeds to collect anonymised information about people’s experiences of health and care, share posts and information on current projects, priorities, and work

Community Engagement Volunteer 

Community Engagement Volunteers get out and about talking to people about their views and experiences of local health and care services, or raising awareness of our work in hospitals, GP surgeries, libraries, shopping centre stalls, our annual STAR awards and at community events for example. 

Research Volunteer 

Work with staff to support the research function of HWST to provide evidence and context to people’s views and experiences of using different health and care services.
