We received feedback through our information and signposting service regarding Ravenscar Surgery which included suggestions for updates to the website and improvements to the patient experience.

As part of Middlesbrough Councils review activity of the Specialist Drug and Alcohol prescribing services, they approached Healthwatch Middlesbrough to carry out service user engagement to inform this process.
