Looking after someone else? Don’t forget yourself, too! Dementia Action Week 19 – 23 May
We will be out and about on Thursday, 22 May 12.30 - 15.00 at outside Tesco, Parkway Centre. Sharing information for anyone living with dementia and those caring for someone, even if you don’t think of yourself as a ‘carer’. It’s so important to look after your health and wellbeing too.
