NHSE Complaint Procedure

Over recent months, all 14 Healthwatch across the North East and North Cumbria have been out in communities listening to people’s real experiences of accessing their GP, using the NHS App, and trying Pharmacy First.

The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services.

You must be aged 13 or over to use the NHS App. You also need to be registered with a GP surgery in England.

The Government has updated its briefing pack to help organisations like Healthwatch respond to public queries about NHS industrial action.
