Enter and View Volunteers

Healthwatch has the right to Enter and View health and social care services in order to get a picture of how local services are delivered.  This does not include services for people under 18.

We are in the process of developing our Enter and View team and are looking for volunteers who would like to train to carry out Enter and View visits.  Enter and View Volunteers will need to undergo training and obtain a DBS (Disclosure Barring Service).

Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) 2018

Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Durham and Tees are working together to deliver an enhanced IAPT service that it is consistent and equitable across the region with a single point of access.  This will mean changing the way that the service is delivered currently, and they are at the stage where they would like to gain views on the proposed model from past and current services users.
