Your spotlight on local services

Your feedback is needed by the CQC

The Clinical Quality Commission (CQC) are inviting all feedback on the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from members of the public.

How will your feedback make a difference?

Well, the inspection team will focus their work in response to recent patient experiences. Your experience contributes to the Inspection Team's overall understanding of how well the Trust performs. When several people share very similar experiences, this is likely to be a focus for the inspection.

You can contribute by:

Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) 2018

Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Durham and Tees are working together to deliver an enhanced IAPT service that it is consistent and equitable across the region with a single point of access.  This will mean changing the way that the service is delivered currently, and they are at the stage where they would like to gain views on the proposed model from past and current services users.
